After becoming engaged in ministry with USC, some people are led by the Lord to make a long-term commitment to get personally entangled in the lives of urban youth.  Those who accept the call to work directly with urban youth must make a one-year commitment, complete the Volunteer Application, be interviewed by USC staff and attend special training.
