Crystal Elijah-Davis

Director of Programming

Hello USC Friends and Family,

My name is Crystal Elijah-Davis, and I was born in Kansas City, KS, and raised in Wyandotte County. I graduated from Sumner Academy and went on to earn my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Kansas. I later earned a life coaching certification.

I have worked in the social work field for over ten years, wearing hats such as Community Support Specialist, Domestic Violence Legal Advocate, Victims’ Advocate, and Older Youth Specialist for youth in foster care. I volunteer my time at my local church as well as working as an advocate for women in the sex industry.

Some of my passions include art, reading, writing, being quiet in nature, teaching, working with youth, and encouraging others to reach their full potential in Christ. When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and traveling with my husband. There’s something about seeing a world outside of myself that feeds my soul!

I feel extremely thankful to God for this opportunity to serve at the USC as the Program Coordinator. I feel that my background work as an advocate has prepared me for one of my greatest assignments of all: seeing that youth at the USC know who they are in Christ in order to walk confidently into their futures.
