Rick Butterfield is a veteran commercial real estate professional with a career in real estate investment, banking and the financial services industry that spans forty years. He is currently Senior Vice President of PNC Bank, which he joined in 2007. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President for Bankers Mortgage and Investment Group Inc. from 1986-1997, and Vice President for Citadel Properties from 1981-1986.
Rick, has extensive experience serving on nonprofit boards. He served on the Board of Directors for Butterfield Youth Services in Marshall, Missouri for over 25 years and held the offices of President and Vice President during that time. Butterfield Youth Services was founded in 1963 by Rick’s Uncle Tom Butterfield and provides services to children with emotional and behavioral disorders in West Central Missouri. He also served on the PNC Bank Foundation Board for the Kansas City Region. Rick, joined the board of USC in 2016, and currently serves as the Vice President.
Rick, and his wife have two grown boys, and one granddaughter. The family are long-time members of the Church of the Resurrection in the Kansas City area.
Rick received a bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri State University.
